Singles group of over 50's. We have hikes on every Sunday usually followed by Potlucks at members homes. The hikes are open to the public and the potlucks are for members or for visitors who go on that day's hike.

Seeking out old homesteads mines, or just generally exploring areas that are less traveled, may include biking, kayaking, and hiking, this group is about enjoying the experiance while getting out in nature so pace is mild but the terrain might not be.

We began in 2012 as a senior beginning walking/hiking group. But we have graduated to an Intermediate walking/hiking and adventure group. As we have grown and expanded the group so has our name. Our group meets many times a month for leader-less, (non-guided, can't stress this enough!!!), hikes. We we pick a day, a time, a hike from a map, and we hike! Many times it's our first time on the trail too. Beautiful panoramic views of the bay area all the way from San Jose to San Francisco. Let fun social activity pull you outdoors after work rather than having to push yourself to exercise by yourself. Initial plan is for about 1 to 1.5 hour hikes on week nights during daylight savings time starting at about 6:00 PM.

We do all sorts of fun events in the Bay Area. From beach parties and hikes to weekend camping trips there is something for everyone. We even do big international trips from time to time! All are welcome and we hope to see you on an adventure soon!
